We are very happy to announce that our hosting problems seem to be resolved. Recent downtime and slow response times were related with OVH (our hosting provider) upgrading it's SAN architecture. In consequence disk performance on our servers flopped rapidly which resulted in timeouts on most of the requests sent by the BananaScrum users.

OVH reports that they have the situation under control, however they continue to upgrade their infrastructure, hopefully it won't affect our server again. BananaScrum works as expected. Also we'd like to ensure our users that all account data is intact.

Again we are very sorry for any inconveniences you might have experienced. We're following the OVH reports on upgrade progress attentively and we'll do anything possible to avoid similar problems in the future.
