Currently you can chose from four plans in Banana Scrum, each tailored for different needs: Basic, Standard, Pro and Unlimited. Here is a handy overview of how those plans differ:

  Basic Standard Pro Unlimited
Users 8 14 20 unlimited
Projects 5 8 15 unlimited
Storage 2 GB 5 GB 10 GB unlimited
Backlog size unlimited unlimited unlimited unlimited
Timeline View disabled available available available
SSL encryption available available available available
Price / month 12€ 18€ 37€ 80€
Price / year not available 198€ (1 mo free) 407€ (1 mo free) 800€ (2 mo free)

Only active users and projects are counted towards the plan limits. You can archive projects and block users at any time and such projects/users don't count towards the plan limit. This doesn't apply, however, to storage space which is used by attachments to backlog items. All paid plans come with 30 days trial - if you cancel and remove your domain within 30 days from signing up for a paid plan you won't be charged.

All plans are billed monthly through PayPal. When you sign up for a paid plan you will be taken to PayPal to set up the financials there - we don't handle credit cards etc. directly. Once you set up the subscribtion in PayPal it will be handled automatically every month. You will get an e-mail informing you about each payment, an invoice will be available for downlonad the next day in the admin panel of your account. Please note that in some countries due to PayPal policy or regulatory requirements it is necessary to have a credit card to be able to set up a subscribtion on PayPal.

On Standard, Pro and Unlimited plans we also offer a yearly payment option at prices indicated above. It is requires payment by wire transfer and is at present not fully automatic. Please contact us for details if you are interested in using this payment method.

We also offer a free plan suitable for small teams/projects or just for trying Banana Scrum out. In the free plan you can have 3 active users working on one project and using no more than 300 MB of storage space. SSL encryption and Timeline View are not available in the free plan.

Finally, if you are an educational institution (university, college) and plan to use Banana Scrum as part of ciriculum to teach Scrum/agile to your students you may be eligible for a special, free "Edu" plan. We will also consider giving you a free account if you plan to use Banana Scrum to coordinate work on an open source project. In both cases please contact us with details about your situation to be considered.
