We are always happy to answer any questions you might have. However, here is a couple of answers to questions that have been asked already more than once.
-
Q: Would it be possible to migrate the data that is currently stored in the hosted version of Banana Scrumto my Banana Scrum Pro installation?
A: Yes, if you will let us know at the time of license purchase that you want this we'll do it for you.
You will have to give us the name of your account in the hosted app + some proof it is really yours then we'll create a snapshot of that account and include it with your license package. You will be able to upload this data as part of the installation process. This will be a one-time service - that is if you continue to use both hosted and installed versions don't expect them to stay in sync.

Q: Is LDAP integration planned for Banana Scrum Pro?
A: Yes, it is on our backlog, however it is not planned for the immediate future. We see it as something worth considering and implementing further down the lane.
-
Q: Do you plan to integrate Banana Scrum Pro with a bug tracking system?
A: Yes, we do plan to integrate with Trac - a bug tracker with internal Wiki we use to track bugs in our project. However, since there are so many bug trackers most probably you use a different one. If so we may consider adding support for it - talk to us.

Q: Will you create a private version with the specific features that we need?
A: No. We may add features that you need, but only if we think they will enhance the product. They will be made available to all users of Banana Scrum Pro in the next update package. We don't have resources to maintain different branches of the code plus we feel this is the right and fair approach. On the other hand, we will not charge you anything extra.
