We understand that you buy the Pro version because you need more security and stability. That's why our Pro customers will be taken special care of.
The license includes - on top the software package itself - following additional services:
- technical assistance in deploying it on your servers,
- technical support after the installation, including phone support for realy pesky problems,
- upgrades (which we think will be around 12 / year, but we may create some more),
- access to our bug tracker for any bugs,
- access to the product roadmap/backlog (we expect and hope for lots of feedback that will help us add more features that you really miss & need),
- a special user forum, separate from the public support forum.
